If you choose to move on, our team will help you export all your Customer Data — including route history, customer records, invoices, and collection logs — in standard, portable formats (CSV, JSON, or XLSX) within 30 days of your cancellation date. Your data remains yours at all times, and we delete it from our systems on schedule as per our Privacy Policy.
